After payment, send your Installation Key (found in the calculator under Settings → Backend) to the contact email. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours. Then open the calculator, go to Backend Settings, enter your key, and click Sync Entitlement. Features unlock immediately.
Yes — all plans are available in NGN via Paystack (Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, USSD). USD pricing is also accepted for international customers via Paystack international or Wise transfer.
It's a unique identifier that ties your license to your calculator session. Open the app, go to Settings → Backend tab, and copy the Installation Key shown there. No account login is required.
Yes. Download pv_calculator_ui.html from the calculator page for a fully offline single-file version. Premium features still work offline once your license has been synced at least once.
The free Community tier lets you try the core sizing engine with no payment. For a time-limited evaluation of Basic or Professional features before purchase, reach out via email and we'll issue a short trial license.
It's a one-time purchase. Each tier is a perpetual license tied to your Installation Key — pay once, use it indefinitely, no monthly fees. To move from Basic to Professional, contact support and pay the difference; we re-issue your license against the same Installation Key.
The calculator supports NEC (USA/Philippines), IEC 60364 (Europe/Africa/global), AS/NZS 3000 (Australia/NZ), and local adaptations. Basic and Professional both cover NEC + IEC. The Team / Custom SLA tier (coming soon) adds AS/NZS 3000 for the full multi-standard set.
